How Noddryx handles personal data on the public site and free tools.

1. Controller

Noddryx is a brand of Alltarys, controller of personal data processed through this site. Privacy requests: contato@alltarys.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and demo forms: name, email, optional company, and message content you submit.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request path needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Free tools usage: domain/hostname inputs you submit to run a check, plus rate-limit and abuse-prevention signals. Tool execution is handled by the Noddryx Tools API — Publlyx CMS does not store runnable tool URLs.
  • Cookies / analytics: necessary cookies always; analytics only with your consent (see Cookies).

3. Purposes

We process data to: respond to commercial and support leads; operate, secure, and improve the public site; provide free operator tools; and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on: performance of a request you initiate (forms/tools); legitimate interests in securing and improving the service; consent for non-essential analytics; and legal obligation where applicable under Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, when relevant, GDPR for visitors in the EEA/UK.

5. Retention

Form leads are retained while an active commercial or support conversation exists, then up to 24 months for audit unless a longer period is required by law. Technical and tool logs are retained up to 90 days for security, abuse control, and operations, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure, email, and analytics processors may process data under contract. International transfers, if any, use appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent).

7. Your rights

Under LGPD (and GDPR where applicable) you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact contato@alltarys.com. You may also lodge a complaint with ANPD (Brazil) or another competent supervisory authority.
