Rules for using the Noddryx public site and free operator tools.
By accessing noddryx.com (and related hostnames) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or tools.
Noddryx provides an institutional website, marketing pages, and free network diagnostic tools (DNS, email authentication, TLS inspection). Editorial content is published via Publlyx. Tool execution runs on the separate Noddryx Tools API.
Contact and demo submissions must be accurate. You authorize Alltarys to respond using the contact details you provide.
Site content, trademarks, and branding remain property of Alltarys / Noddryx or their licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as allowed by law or written permission.
Public DNS/TLS/email checks depend on third-party resolvers and network conditions. Results may be incomplete or delayed. The site and tools are not a substitute for professional security assessment or managed services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law (including the Consumer Defense Code where applicable), Alltarys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the free tools or site. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Alltarys’ principal place of business in Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules.
